Orders are processed within 2 days after payment confirmation.
In case of unexpected delays (high demand, stock unavailability, or courier delays), we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all products except artificial jewelry. Any shipping charges , if applicable , will be calculated at the time of checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location: Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata): 2-5 working days.
Other Cities & Towns: 3-7 working days.
Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 1-2 attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery fails, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. A nominal shipping fee will be charged considering the location and weight of the parcel.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
