1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange if:
The product is damaged. If a request is made for an exchange of a damaged product, we require an unboxing video without any cut or pause that shows the defect as a proof. No requests will be entertained without any unboxing video (also eligible for claims of missing items).
The product should unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. The request should be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Exchanged product will be delivered within 5-8 business days after the original product is delivered to us.
Items not eligible for returns/exchanges:
Sale/discounted items (unless damaged/defective).
Artificial Jewelry.
Customized products. (includes alterations)
2. Exchange Policy
For exchanges, there is an additional charge of INR 149 as the shipping charges unless their is an error on our end. Customers can also opt to send the product on their own bearing the associated charges. Products returned without prior request/approval will not be accepted. Repeated exchange requests from the same customer may be flagged and restricted.
3. Store Credit Instructions
If the desired product is not available after exchange, Store credit will be issued and will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
4. Regrettably, we do not offer any cancellations.
In any case of refund, the amount will be processed and credited to the source account within 6-8 business days once approved.
